Last updated: October 1, 2025 Welcome to NoSocial. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NoSocial’s website, platform, and services. By accessing or using NoSocial, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our platform.
By creating an account or using NoSocial, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

General Terms (Applicable to All Users)

By creating an account or using NoSocial, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
NoSocial is a two-sided job matching platform that uses AI to connect candidates with employers based on mutual preferences and intent. We facilitate matches but do not guarantee employment outcomes or hiring decisions.
You agree not to:
  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Scrape, copy, or extract data from the platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s functionality
  • Use automated systems or bots without our written permission
  • Attempt prompt-injection or other malicious methods for manipulating our AI system
All content, features, and functionality on NoSocial, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by NoSocial and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your use of NoSocial is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
NoSocial is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee specific matching outcomes or employment results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoSocial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Additional Terms for Candidates

  • You must provide accurate information about your skills, experience, and qualifications
  • You are responsible for keeping your profile information up to date
  • You grant NoSocial permission to share your profile with potential employers when a mutual match occurs
  • Misrepresenting your qualifications or experience may result in account termination
Our AI-powered matching system connects you with opportunities based on your preferences and qualifications. Matches are recommendations only and do not guarantee interviews or job offers. The final hiring decision rests solely with the employer.
When matched with an employer, you may communicate directly with them through the platform. You are responsible for all communications with employers. We encourage professional and respectful interactions at all times.
Your feedback on matches helps improve our system. By providing feedback (accepting, rejecting, or providing reasons), you help us better understand your preferences and improve future matches for you and other users.
NoSocial is currently free for candidates. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, with advance notice to users.
NoSocial is a platform only. We are not a party to any employment relationship between candidates and employers. Any employment agreement is solely between you and the employer.

Additional Terms for Employers

  • You must provide accurate information about your company and open positions
  • You represent that you have authority to hire on behalf of your organization
  • We may verify your company information and employment authority
  • Posting fraudulent or misleading job opportunities is prohibited
  • Job postings must describe actual, available positions
  • Requirements must be accurate and non-discriminatory
  • You must comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Job postings must not contain discriminatory content or requirements
  • You are responsible for updating or closing positions when filled
Our AI system matches candidates based on your stated preferences and requirements. Matches are recommendations based on data provided by both parties. You are responsible for conducting your own evaluation, interviews, and background checks. NoSocial does not verify candidate qualifications or conduct background checks.
  • You may only use candidate information for evaluating them for your posted positions
  • You must not share, sell, or distribute candidate data to third parties
  • You must comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws
  • You must handle candidate data securely and confidentially
  • You must delete candidate data when no longer needed for legitimate purposes
You agree to comply with all anti-discrimination laws. You must not discriminate against candidates based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
NoSocial facilitates direct connections between employers and candidates. There are no recruiter fees or placement charges. Any employment agreement is between you and the candidate.
Fees for employer accounts (if applicable) will be clearly communicated. Payment terms, refund policies, and subscription details will be provided at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change our pricing structure with advance notice.
Your feedback on candidate matches helps improve our AI matching system. By providing feedback (accepting, rejecting, or providing reasons), you contribute to better matches for all users. Aggregate feedback data may be used to improve our platform and provide market insights.
Employers must comply with GDPR and all applicable data protection laws when handling candidate information.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of NoSocial shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Amsterdam, Netherlands, except where prohibited by law.
